We have a new home, 5 years old, only twice have they ever covered anything.
Their famous answer is "you do not have replacement", yet when I tell them I want their best policy, they sell me non-replacement coverage. They are also incompetent, never have parts available, unless it is something very simple, and if the part is not standard, guess what, there is a charge.
I do not recommend that anyone use them. They are really scam artists in my opinion.
