ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!

DO NOT use this company! An absolute rip off! I was told I needed a relay switch for my air handler and a 30 amp switch on the compressor, I was told that if we bought both parts I would get the compressor switch for half price, half price was $289, having
company coming in a few hours I had them fix it. I happened to get the part number while it was being installed and looked it up and found the part for $11 at multiple stores. I understand a markup but this was ridiculous! I have called several times to speak
with a service manager and first I was told we will look into it. After not hearing from them for 9 days I called back and twice I have gotten voicemail and still have not heard from them! I will be reporting them to the BBB first thing tomorrow morning! I
can't change the star rating, if I could give them negative stars I would!
