5 years ago I had a service contract and needed a plumber to install a new faucet in my sink. The ECM guy did a poor job and insulted my wife. It stills leaks to this day. Recently I had a service call on the A/C to drain the line. It was under warranty but I had to pay for the service call...That cost me $188 for one hour. I question the fee. The Boss man said it was overhead. A cold miserable person.
I still have a leak...you guys can't even fix a faucet. D minus
