Buyer Beware. Before singing a Service Contract with this company, be sure to read the exclusions on the back of their contract. You will need a microscope to be able to read the micro print. I was in the service business for many years and understand the need for exclusions, this company have taken it beyond reason, leaving you with nothing. They will take deep efforts to find ways of charging you for service they deem as not to be covered under their contract, and they will charge you dearly. These contracts are so far remote from what they started many years ago, that they are not worth the paper that they are written on.
