I purchased three battery packs for my cordless handsets. Within 3 months they all failed and would no longer take a charge. When I contacted them I was informed they were still under warranty, so I returned them with their RMA number. I'm still waiting but I expect they will send me three more that will be the same.

I received warranty replacements about three weeks ago and one of them has already failed. I sent them an email telling them I didn't want any more replacements - I wanted my money back. Stay tuned!
