Super fast shipping, thank you! Unfortunately the instructions for this item are lacking and confusing. I also don't agree about the light, when set to a very dim grey there's hardly any light. I love that when I unplug it, it doesn't lose whatever I've programmed. Putting aside the issue of the confusing instructions, which is an issue of the product, the store price, shipping and service was great.
