On November 5, 2008 went to We the people in Ventura to get my Bankruptcy documents. According to the We the people representative they take between 10 and 14 days to type the documents. The supervisor in the Ventura office made me an appointment to see their sister office in Oxnard. I paid in full the $ 200.00 they requested in cash and I was told that my documents will be ready by the first week of December 2008. It is February 23, 2009 and I still don't have my documents, my credit is getting worse and no one knows why they are not ready. I will not recommend anybody to get their documents prepare by them. This company is not only irresponsible, they never called back to let me know of the progress. On February 18, 2009 I was informed that we the people sold the company and they are not able to get my documents. Please help me to get my money back. They promised me a phone call back within 72 hours and I still have not heard from them. The address of the sister office is 2550 Vineyard Ave, Ste 200, Oxnard, CA 93030.
