Impressive customer support

Bought a pool and set it up. My upgraded pump went out. Don't know why. Called Simon on a Monday, new pump was delivered and up by Wed. No questions asked, no return of the bad pump required. Problems happen, but when they are addressed as aggressively as the sale was, I'm impressed. I've never had the support and response from any other company as I did when I called Simon. Would I buy again? Yes, but only from them.
