When I came to work at our business, it was immediately obvious to me that our alarm system was out-of-date and in many cases, not working at all. Our representative was unresponsive to questions about the system, unavailable when false alarms occurred and unwilling to admit that the system was faulty.
When Eagle Security arrived, all of that changed. The owner came in person to supervise and assist with the installation. Every member of the team was competent, friendly and obviously very technically savy, as they were able to install the system despite a very complicated existing system. Our building is historic and presented some special circumstances that the team was able to handle efficiently and with no complaint. They also installed the system during our regular business hours without creating a disruption to our business.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I've been with the system itself, or with the response I get from Eagle Security when I have a question. They have been available whenever I needed them and have traveled a significant distance to help when something needed to be adjusted. The main call center is equally helpful and available...signing up with Eagle Security was without a doubt the best decision our business has made in years. I can sleep better at night knowing that our business is no longer in jeopardy.
