Earl was a life saver!

My son went snowboarding by himself in Maggie Valley and his car broke down. It was after 4pm on a friday with an impending ice storm coming. I found Earls Automotive on the internet and called him. He said he would wait for AAA to tow our car to him (even though it would be after 5pm) and he would look at it and fix it that night if he could get the parts he needed. He was able to find what he needed and get him on the road after a few hours. Not many places would have done what he did. He was extremely nice to my son and it gave us a piece of mind even though we were helpless being hundreds of miles away from him. I would highly recommend him!
