In 2003, I had this company replace all of the flooring and moulding in my new home with hardwood and tile. The salesperson and owner were very helpful and reliable, and the product and workmanship were very good. They were also very prompt. I obtained quotes from a few other flooring companies, and Elegant was by far the lowest for the exact same materials and they did not try to sell me things and I did not need. I would use them again.
