A technician from this co quoted a price to my 8 month pregnant wife which, although high, was trusted on the basis that this was a reputable co and that locksmith fees are never cheap.
However, on reflection, we contacted their office and asked for a detailed invoice showing how they arrived at their total fee.
Once received, I notified the owner Ariel that the bill was unacceptable on 3 counts:
1. The invoice produced by the office did not match the total amount the technician had left a bill for and walked away with a check for.
2. The hardware quoted for did not match the hardware supplied.
3. The labor charged was erroneous as they did not fit all the parts quoted.
During our back and forth over this matter, the technician then calls my wife and starts harassing her! Despite repeated contact with the owner, he is refusing to resolve my complaint and I am now forced to institute legal proceedings.
His manner has been rude, insincere and completely unhelpful and this, combined with the actions of his technician lead me to recommend to anyone considering using this company - DON'T DO IT!
