This company has poor customer service, delivery and lacks professionalism from service installers. It seemed as if the installers came right off the street! And to make matters worse, one of the installers went into my refrigerator and stole a bottle of water (did not even ask!) I did not discover this until they left and the service worker tossed the water bottle outside under a stair casing! Tacky, Tacky, Tacky! and very unprofessional. Other than the 4hour delay, stolen water, and unresponsive customer service our floor does look good (so just beware of all factors) I think service installers should wear uniforms, so customers will not confuse them for street vendors.
