I purchased a SD501 from Enagic on 02/01/2010. I did a thorough investigation of Enagic and the other water ionizer companies and found that Enagic had a proven track record of business and using honest business practices. The SD501 was shipped the same day and the tests that I did on it proved the machine did as they said it would. I have seen alot of problems that people have had with other machines from other companies with them not producing the quality of water they are supposedly supposed to. I give Enagic 5 thumbs up and would hope that others that are in search of this quality of water do their homework completely before settling for another machine from another comapny other than Enagic.
