Worst customer service ever

I ordered on July 3 and have still not received the order. Also had a lot of trouble reaching and when they did reply, I got the same "out due to illness" excuse. Was told merchandise would ship yesterday or today but again no response when I asked for
an update. The item I purchased was not inexpensive and they have already received payment. Am beginning to think I've been duped. They really need to be much more responsive. Wish I had seen the online complaints about them before I ordered. Update: just
received shipping info! Will post when order received. Have elevated review to 3 stars as order was finally received today, August 7, and is truly magnificent. If they improve their customer service they would easily be 5 stars.
