Wrong Canvas Size Sent, Excuses Given, Sparse Communication
Had we found out how bad this company is in problem resolutions, we'd have never ordered anything from them. We ordered a canvas piece on 3rd Dec 2014. I wrote back the day after to check when it would be sent out as the order confirmation gave no info. Wrote again on the 9th because I didn't receive a reply. They told be it would be processed & sent out within 7 business days. Fair enough! On the 15th, I wrote to ask for more info on delivery. Wrote again on the 18th because they never replied (sense a pattern here? I always have to write 2-3 times before they bother to respond.) Received a reply that they're swamped during the Christmas season etc etc so okay. We got our canvas on 29th Dec. WRONG SIZE! So I wrote to them immediately for clarification. I wrote 3 times before they replied to me on the 7th of Jan. Long holiday off, I was guessing. After replying to them telling them I now want a different picture but the same size, took them 3 days to respond. I wrote them 3 more emails before they responded on the 17th saying that once I've chosen a pic, they'll delivery immediately. So we said okay happily and selected the picture. Waited and waited. Wrote another 2-3 emails over the course of the week until I got real pissed. They finally replied on the 24th of Jan citing (you guessed it!!!) family emergency. Go check their Facebook and other reviews here. They LOVE to cite family emergencies or illness as a cover for inefficiency. Once again they said, and I quote, "If you can confirm which image you have decided on we will get it out to you ASAP." We re-stated our choice again even though we already did a week before. I've written them 4 emails since and... radio silence. I've asked for a refund but nope... nothing from them. Everyone out there, AVOID ENJOY ART GALLERY. They may be great when all is well. But if you have issues with returns or disputes, don't expect much. It's been exactly 2 months from the date of order. All I have is a wrong sized canvas that I can't use. Very disappointed.
