Avoid these people!!

Poor customer service and incompetent handling. It took me three weeks and countless phone calls to cash out my IRA. Half of the time the line was busy for hours on end. I never talked to the same person twice, and every one of them bungled something.
They also wanted to charge me with a bunch of bogus fees. Something this simple shouldn't be so complicated or time consuming. Look around real hard before having someone manage your precious metals IRA.
