watch out!
We booked a ticket from Eros online (at Last Minute Air Tkt), and they phoned immediately to say the credit card wasn't working. That seemed strange to us. When we phoned the credit card company to see what the problem was, they said that Eros had been phoning them, claiming to be us, and trying to charge all sorts of things. They were suspicious, because Eros didn't know any of our passwords. So, they turned them down. Unbelievably, Eros had the gall to respond by phoning us, saying that they wanted another credit card! In the end, we didn't lose any money but we had to cancel the credit card, and wait a few days to get a new one. And of course, we wasted a lot of time, and didn't get our trip! Eros deserves negative starts, but TrustLink's minimum is one star. Please check with the Better Business Bureau.

Josh, If your credit card isnt working it has to do with that it has a limit on it or it doesnt have any money. We have to call you so our customers would know that they have an issue and they need to resolve it so that they can have an airline ticket. Otherwise, how would you know. And for the bank, we call them to make sure and re-check that our customers/card holder is legit. We do not have any access to your account only the information you provide us so that you can buy the airline ticket. If your credit card isnt working it is obvious we would has you for another credit card, hence you need an airline ticket.
