Horrible condition of apartment when I rented and moved

I rented apt. G-101 in Woodland Hills Avondale
Moved in this apartment almost a year ago(Dec-2011). When moved in, the apartment was whole unbelievable mess. Got a huge list of problems that I submitted to apt. office. Few things to mention.
1) The carpet was totally wet, just washed a day before I moved in.
2) Carpet completly dirty and worst. Should have been replaced
3) two big 6inch size squarish holes underneath of kitchen sink. Big enough for any external creatures such as rat, snake or anything to come inside apartment.
4) one of bedrooms sink "flowing" or say flooding (i am not calling it as leak) from underneath.
5) Cement concrete grouts left on edge of carpet and patio sliding door.
6) Patio sliding glass door unable to be opened.
7) Utilities like stove, dish washer almost in salvaged conditions.
Many more more in the list but stooping at this point. Followed with main office in Palo alto multiple times. Every time I mail them, they throw to woodland hills manager.
My argument with leasing office is that the rent charged to me for this apartment which was in so muc horrible condition is not worth. I reporting the problems and then they try come fix does not count.
I reported this problems with BBB, now here on trust link and will further continue..
