Third party signed up for after ordering Shark product

Decided to order Shark Steam Mop (great product by the way). Order was taken and was pushed to sign up for "free rewards plus" which was free for 30 days and then $24.95 per month thereafter. I was told I would receive the paperwork that included my password for their site (free rewards plus would save me money by buying through them on anything that I buy elsewhere) in the steam mops box. Received steam mop approximately one week later with nothing in the box regarding "free rewards plus" so decided I better call and cancel the order. Called "free rewards plus" customer service number which was given to me at time of order and they stated they did not have any of my info in their system. Told to call Euro-Pro customer service. Talked to Euro pro who stated to call their corporate office at 888-537-6669 which I had to leave a message. They called a day later stating they had sent it over to "free rewards plus" at the time of my order and that she had confirmed they had it. I called back "free rewards plus" who stated they did not have it and Euro-pro would not be able to confirm they had the order in the first place. Told to call Euro-pro back and see if they could send everything over so that I could cancel the order. Left message again to call at Euro-Pro's office and then after holidays called "free rewards plus" finding they had the order. Cancelled (order for steam mop put in on 10th of the month, finally received order for "free rewards plus" on the 28th at the "free rewards plus office" (so most of the "free" 30 days was already up and I would be charged for nothing). Euro-Pro does not handle orders well when it comes to third parties.
