Order tracking issue / Shark Rotator 4-16-2013

Experiencing problems and do not even have product the yet. My Product was back ordered for over a month. i am now told it shipped but nothing comes up on the tracking link on the email they sent. Customer service hung up on me. Told me call UPS and USPS
to track....how can I track without a tracking number...really? I will be disputing cc charges if not received in 48...
