I have recently purchased the Shark Navigator Vacuum and was never told that I would be refunded less shipping and handling, nor was I told that I would have to pay for the return shipping if I was unhappy and in addition to everything else they told me on the phone. I was told that I could return it without any issue. The first time I tried to call so that I could return the vacuum, I was hung up on three times and I got the same exact representative each time as if he was the only employee, then when I asked to speak with a manager the manager did not want to help he said no one could waive shipping, then when I asked to speak with his supervisor, he insisted that he was the only supervisor in the whole building which sounded like total bs. I was told that they do in fact record all phone calls but will not be able to pull it up to make sure the agent did not lie to us nor would they waive the shipping because they simply do not have that capability. The infomercial also says the steam mop is free regardless whether you keep the vacuum or not, however they wanted me to return both the vacuum and the steam mop since I was unhappy with the vacuum. Not only to I have to pay for it to be shipped back but they told me that I had to pay for it to be insured as well and I was not going to be refunded at least one of the shipping charges. I feel that the 100% 60 day money back guarantee is not true and I feel robbed not once but three times. First, the product does not work as it should, second I have to pay for it to be shipped, third I will not be refunded for either shipping charge. I also forgot, he almost did not want to refund my second installment that was paid just a few days before I called. I am really disappointed. I feel that their communication could be a lot better.
