STAY AWAY.. this company is a fraud.. even though they are supposed to be well known.. I was stupid enough to buy vac and steam from them..online.. It was a piece of s.. all over the site it says "full refund". I called to make sure, the guy in india told me full refund and full shipping that I will pay will be refunded if I'm not satisifed. Well the piece of s.. came it's useless and too small.. so I called to return it.. after one hour the guy finally understood what I wanted to do.. he completely misinformed, got me pissed and hung up on me. I called again talk to another guy in india.. again couldn't get straight answer, he was extremely RUDE to me, yelled at me.. my mouth was dropped the whole time.. He said I'm a liar and basically an idiot for thinking they will give me my money back for shipping. This continued for the whole day, I finally got a manager in Canada. Who nicely told me everything will be refunded. Now I called to get a return label they are telling me that, I'm not getting full refund.?? what the he..?? Again they yelled, and were very unprofessional and rude.. I feel like i'm dealing with a third world country company, who don't give a damn.. i'm surprise they can operate in America.. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY PLEASE
