i have had nothing less than fraud committed to my bank account because of EuroPro. I ordered a steam/vac and got the cheaper steamer only. i called and they said i had to send it back, AT MY EXPENSE, which was going to cost more than the $60 they fraudulently took out of my account before they were supposed to. i argued with them and got four different brainwaves telling me the same thing, "it''s our fault, but at least you got something." i never even had to sign for it ... it was just left in full view for all to see and steal at my front porch. had i seen the usps person bring it to me or to sign for it, i would never have accepted it because it's nothing near what i ordered. finally they said they would e=mail me a prepaid label to send it back. well, six weeks and five calls later, i still haven't gotten the label and my bank won't let me make a claim because they did deliver "something." i bank at wells fargo, another doozy corporation. i said, so if they sent me a piece ofd gum and charged me $60 you would still take it out of my account? Yep.
I am filing a fraud claim against this company as well as a complaint with the fdic against wells fargo. why is life so hard to deal with these days. i'd rather be dead than deal with anymore of this customer service, lying, cheating, fraud, etc. i just can't take it any longer and i'm only 53 years old.
