We are writing to let you know how satisfied we are with the American Standard 14 Seer HVAC system that your firm installed at our home in May 2012. It was also helpful that you offered a 12 month interest free payment plan through Enerbank USA. Your front office people acted professionally in all our meetings. We also appreciated the time your staff took to discuss the alternative locations for the outside condenser unit and how electrical and piping could be installed in an unobtrusive manor. The installation met all my expectations. The installation crew arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment and tools to complete the installation in two days. They we polite at all times and seemed very knowledgeable about the installation process. They cleaned up afterwards and instructed us on how the new unit operated, especially the new digital energy management thermostat. We look forward to the use of our new, quiet energy efficient American Standard Heating and cooling unit.
