Nice selection, terrible customer service

Evike gets the newest kit, and ships online orders rather promptly...that is the good. Out of three orders, two had manufacturer defects. One of which was an obviously missing part...the bad. Once Evike gets your money, they could care the least if the product was correct! Customer service takes 30 minutes to answer the phone, they play like they have parts in a warehouse that they send email requests to, yada, yada, yada. Don't expect them to get you up and running with any efficiency, they don't care at all...the real ugly.
