Buyer beware!
I specifically insisted that inventory was checked via phone with the rep who took this order! WHY? because an entire wholesale project getting done included having this item in hand. Your lies have resulted in weeks of delay for our project. Nobody answers the phone either. Your phone que is a train wreck too. Super pissed and losing money by the minute. I have spoken with HSGI and they are aware that you posted the item for nearly 50% below MAP and took orders without verifying stock. Your company owes me big on this one. I will copy HSGI as well on this post.
Follow-up: They didn't despite knowing failing to follow-up would result in negative reviews. That didn't seem to bother 'Tanya' who seemed clueless to simple logic. So, here we are. I also copied Mr. Justin Degan at HSGI.
