Disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ž
My son is autistic. This pandemic has been hard for him . He suffers from severe anxiety and depression Last yr he asked me to order a air gun from EVIKE. which I was hesitant he doesnโ€™t go outside or leave house because all his services had ended with COVID and I thought it was a waste of money but I changed my mind he just sits on his bed and plays with it and takes good care of it So I orders two more l he just received his latest less than two weeks ago and had it on his bed he got up. when he moved his blanket it fell on the floor and broke He was devastated and stressed l I sent EVIKE an email on Sunday explained situation and asked for a return label but I got no response so today I went on line and filled out a return and explained what happened My son was really upset I told him not to worry they would probably let us order a new he wrapped and packed it for a return and was hopeful But today I received an email and they said no return no refund I could send it back pay shipping and repair cost which was almost the cost of what I paid which was over $100 I am very disappointed and really upset this was my sons Christmas money he never took it out of his room. Plus I ordered him a new one because I was so sure that the company would honor a refund or switch so Iโ€™m out $100
