Our company has been using Exclusive Calls for about 6 months and I have to say that I am very pleased with the results we have received. At the beginning we were having some issues with the volume of appointments set, but once we took advantage of the fact that we could put together call scripts/talk paths for our telemarketer and train her on exactly what we would like her to say to get a solid appointment set, our appointment volume went through the roof! The volume we have now is so great that we are now spreading the leads across multiple LSP's! What I would definitely point out to a person who is looking to use Exclusive Calls is that the service that they provide is to set appointments for your sales team to have an opportunity to present a quote to the client. This IS NOT a guarantee that you are going to close the sale. That is up to the abilities of your sales team. Another thing to make note on is if the telemarketer(s) are left unattended to do what they do with the scripts/talk paths they already have then you are going to see a very small appointment set volume. However, if you take the time to work one on one with your telemarketer(s) and train them on the script/talk paths then you will definitely see a huge volume of appointments set and (this is key), REACHABLE.
