I tried to hire in house many times and I am not sure why in the last 2 years no one wants to work anymore. I hire an in house telemarketer or in house dialer and they just end up not working out or under performing to the point where I had to spend my time to make sure I am on top of keeping them motivated or to just make the calls necessary to drum up new business. I am very pleased with exclusive calls. They provided me with a rep who does exactly what I need, makes calls 5 days a week and they manage them so I don't have to waste my time anymore managing anyone to do it my way. I told them what I needed and I worry about my daily goals.
