I first contacted Jeff about a year ago based on the recommendation of the realtor I was working with at the time. After reviewing all my information, he provided me with a pre-approval letter which I used to submit all my offers. Throughout the entire
process he was extremely professional and diligent. He was very quickly in responding to my questions, whether through the phone or by email (usually within minutes). Being my first home purchase, I had tons of question and doubts, which he always clarified
in great detail. Once I got my first offer accepted, I shopped around with different banks and brokers. However, Jeff provided me with the best rate from the get-go. We were on a tight schedule to close the deal and he kept on top of everything, even helping
with some loan-unrelated hiccups. At the end, all the closing cost estimates provided were right on target and the entire process went smoothly. Thanks to Jeff we were able to close the house on time. Even the realtors and the title agent were commending him
