I have the drama of needing to evict a tenant in a probate case.
The drama is that #1-I live in another state and #2- the tenant is my own brother who is living in the house illegally.
Express Evictions, and Roger and Cassandra in particular, have been completely professional accessible and reliable to date in this process.
I spoke to Roger first months before the process started and he advised me the best way to proceed legally as well as humanely (it is my brother after all).
When I was ready to take action Cassandra and the EE staff were ready for me. Cassandra has corresponded with myself & the probate attorney and the process is moving along smoothly.
I will say that we are not done yet and if something in this recommendation needs to change--- I'll be back----but for now...call them, you will be so glad that you did!
