The worst agency to go to for evictions! I ended up losing thousands of dollars when I was trying to save a hundred or so by going with Express Evictions.
The agent that I worked with took good 20 days before filing with teh court and then missed the date for filing for default and the tenant filed a motion causing me to go to court!!!! I changed attorney and got the whole mess resolved but it cost me three months of rent and additional lawyer fee. I was lied to from beginning to end and initially believed some of the crap handed out to me but finally did my own research and figured what an awful agency this is and how much they had messed up my case.
It is almost impossible to get hold of anyone in charge there and even the person in charge doesn't take any action. You will never get to speak to the lawyer there and the agents are no good.
My suggestion: Find a local lawyer and go with that. You will save yourself a bunch of money.
