I did not have a good experience with this company - They wasted a few weeks of my time. I called and never got to speak with a real lawyer, just the receptionist who answered the phone and gathered my information. They were supposed to serve a notice at the house I was renting out with a local process server near the house. Apparently they did not even look at a map and had no connections in the county that my house was in, because to my surprise they used a process server who was located more than 100 miles away from the house! There are others in the yellow pages that are much closer so this made no sense to me. To make a long story short, the process server never got to the house and made a lame excuse weeks later. I was feeling uncomfortable about this company then and just wanted my money back. If they are not smart enough to look at a map, something is very wrong here.
