Watch out. Bait and Switch operation.

They advertise rooting service for $45.00 when you call if you do not mention that you saw the $45.00 ad they will charge you more (that is first attempt)
Then when we mentioned the $45.00 they said they will honor that. We specifically asked the lady to make sure we do not get a bait and switch tactic. She told us that as long as there is a clean-out available that will be the price.
Sure enough, came their plumber and told us it will cost $125.00 as he will use a better snake. (large instead of medium, whatever that means)
He mentioned he could do it with the medium one but it will not be as good a job as the $125.00.
We asked him to just do the job that they quoted us on the phone and if it could be done with the medium one that is ok.
At that point he said he can not do it and that it will cost $125.00
Total bait and switch. We lost time off work just to wait for this dishonest guy to show up.
Very unfortunate.
Not recommended AT ALL!!!!
