They don't use blades on their snakes! Gigantic waste of time!

I'm a general contractor, I'm in the service industry. I've never experienced practices like this. What a gigantic waste of time. I have a sick kid, house guests, a backed up line and I wasted the whole day by making the mistake of calling this company.
The technician showed up and ran his line, while he was pulling it up he said "sorry bro, you have a problem with your line". "yeah, that's why I called you" I said. "I can't get the water to go down". Then he started telling me about the more expensive services
that I should order. When the snake came out I saw that it didn't even have a blade on it. He refused to put a blade on and actually unclog the line. Refused to use the tools of his trade. On top of it he left sewer water splattered all over the house and
front porch. Don't use this company!
