BEWARE WHAT THEY SAY

I had experienced with Express Plumbing and they trapped me to authorized replacing the piping system, the pipes going to the main sewer. They said they will do everything including getting city permits. I was forced to pay their bill for $25K and unable to get other estimates from rooter company. They are very offensive and promised that they will help me process claims form issuance company.The bottom line was, I got no reimbursement from insurance company, I have to make a loan just to pay their horrendous bills and the City wrote me a letter regarding non inspection of the repairs made.
This company knows what they are doing but beware. Don't just say yes and ask for a city permit before digging. Also, get estimates from other sources.
