Attempted to get claims forms from Extra Help Moving for recent move from Southern California to Central Oregon. Talked with Mr. Bruce Carter, the owner, who promised a claim form would be sent by mail for processing claims for damage to my furniture. Never received form, Mr. Carter refused to return calls and no follow up from him as promised. The only assumption that can be made from this is that there never was any intention for processing claims. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and what never use them again, nor would I recommend them.
