I got my free packet on a Friday. We did the swabs and filled out paperwork, making SURE that the one day processing (that they charge $120.00 for was checked off and that the sibling ship test was marked for $138.00). We then put all the info in the provided envelope and wrote in BIG letters on outside that we wanted the one day processing. It was sent Fed Ex on Saturday with tracking and arrived to them on Monday (confirmed). One week later and still no results. We called on Friday (5 days after they got our samples) and they said they were not in lab yet. Today (one week later) we called and they said they just got them in lab. We asked for refund on one day processing (which they charged) and they said they could not give it to us, even though we paid for it. DON'T use this company. My sister used a different company on same day, did not pay $120.00 for rush and got her results 4 days ago.
