They ended up not helping me with my case so I can't speak to that..but I can say that they did sincerely want to help and the prices are reasonable. Note though that they handle a lot of clients so they do get busy. If you need to get a hold of them on Mondays don't despair that is there busy day. Everyone there was courteous and professional. It may it times feel like you can't reach them but they will always call you back. I even got a chance to speak with the owner whom I feel really does care about the service and the clients they assist. They accept very reasonable payment plans and the overall cost of the service is probably worth it. In the cases they take on any help is appreciated.
