Thanks to the kind and professional staff at Family Legal Services, I was able to file papers to modify child support without putting my family in further financial jeopardy. Most important, the staff proved to be uniquely intuitive and quick to assist me in presenting a very complicated, post-divorce decree and child custody study situation in simple, yet legally correct and effective terms. While I am still waiting for the Judge's order, I am confident that the judge will be required by law to agree with my request. Through out my six (and counting) years of litigation with my ex husband, I have fired 2 attorneys. I wish I could have found Family Legal Services in the beginning! Finally, I actually feel like I have the legal support to get a very nasty job done. The sooner the better--especially for my four children. Thank you so much for being there.
