I'm sure you're on this website doing the the due diligence to find out if you should invest your time (and money) into a company you're never worked with before. My case with Premier Family wasn't too difficult, my ex and I had aggreed on an arrangement of our doughter and we needed mediation to get it down on paper and infront of a judge to become a court order. They helped ech step of the way, made it a lot easier than expected. We started the case with them the last week of July 07, went to court the last week of September. Since then I have refered a close friend to the company who has had an extensive custody battle exhausting tens of thousands of dollars only to become an every-other-weekend-daddy. My friend and I worked together on the case, getting Premier Family all the information we could provide and let them take the case. Their argument and strategy got him joint physical custody (half of the time and dropping child support!) They started this case just a few days after mine ended in September, this ruling was made in their final custody hearing on Thursday 11/1. They worked very hard to get him that time and did it at the same flat-rate that they charged me! (I kind of feel that mine was a little easier thought)His ex doesn't even care about the kid, all she cared about was getting all the money she could!
I do regualar reviews of most purchases I make and highly recomend Premier Family to everyone I talk to about their children who need help with custody and child support.
