I'm concerned by the BBB's "F" rating on this organization, for sure, though I myself have been skeptical about just how effective companies like this one are at truly helping consumers. I can say, from first-hand experience, that I spoke w/a gentleman in the organization (Rocky E.) who sounded: knowledgeable, trustworthy, reassuring and on the up and up. I guess I just wanted to share that.
I did request a mailing which did not arrive, but Rocky recently called to ask if I'd received it and when he heard I hadn't he hand addressed and sent a brochure out immediately. I told him it was important to me to have something "tangible" to base my opinion of FCR's validity on. I hope this is helpful to someone.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT an endorsement of FCR or its services specifically - as I'm not sold on that. But, it's definitely an endorsement of what seems to be an employee there who makes me feel more confident about their potential credibility. Use this neutral review for what it's worth...
