Fidelity warranty is a scam. Purchased warranty when purchased 04 jeep grand Cherokee less than a year ago. Engine issue - first noted covered - went out to look at now wants it tore down to see what caused the problem - if something they feel not covered owner responsible - what choice do you have especially when you believe it is a covered item. After tore down they find all reasons to state not covered. Why pay for a policy that they seem to always find a reason to get of paying... I am now going to be stuck with a 2500 bill because they state the issue is not mechanical - if it wasn't a mechanical issue that caused it then I would not have a problem.. Stay away from Fidelity warranty services
