We had a problem with a light/ fan fixture, as well as another outlet that didn't work. Fielack sent over electricians a few days after our call. Dave and Paul were very thorough and personable. They were knowledgeable and located the problem immediately. They gave us suggestions for possible upgrades to our system, but did not pressure us to do them. They explained what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. They also were very respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.
