Done...Saved my home

I had been calling around to get someone to help. I failed because of credit rating and because of what Wells Fargo had done to me when they refinanced the mortgage as a courtesy... it knocked me out of current HARP programs because that date was in 2009.
I received a call from Tony and I immediately tell him what happened in the past and that he was wasting my time. He told me to give him just a minute so I said go ahead. Bottom line is this guy knows his stuff and has a very reassuring way about going
about doing his business. I said OK and off we went to the races. I was skeptical but Tony has a very reassuring way about himself, the company, the program that he was going to use and whenever I needed to make the call to see how things were going he was
very reassuring and that we were on track. Just that simple call and his manner gave me hope that I was not going to lose my house. Before I knew it the deal was done! In just 3 months I had a modification with Wells (first payment coming this December). I was very surprised that we were able to save almost 465 dollars per month. I am a very satisfied customer and would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Erica had to do a lot of the grunt work with me scanning statements and letters and all of that and was extremely nice to work with. We are now working on getting rid of the 2nd mortgage too and I have no doubts that we'll get that done too. I was not sure at all about this as I saw no negative comments. There is a reason for that. They walked my through the process, held my hand, talked with me, always got back to my immediately and it went exactly as Tony said it would happen. I'll keep you posted on the 2nd mortgage but I feel very comfortable with working with Tony and Erica that I have few doubts that we will pull this off as well. Tony and Erica.... thank you is not enough but you saved my house and my sanity.
