Michael has been my loan officer for the past few refinances. He never pressured us and always made my wife and I feel comfortable. One thing that I like about Michael is that he communicates with you throughout the whole process. He is very good at returning phone calls and making sure all of my questions are being answered. To me that is huge. I like to know what's going on and how well (or not well) things are going. He is very informative and keeps us in the loop. For that reason he gets a 5 stars. I would recommend him to anybody. Very Trust worthy.
