What a SCAM! I called to inquire about the steps and had questions. The Man the answered the phone wouldn't give me any info unless I gave him my personal info and a credit card. He was incredibly RUDE and thought I got disconnected but it turns out I was hung up on as I had called back and GOT HUNG UP ON AGAIN!
I would be VERY Careful before calling this company and giving them your info.
As it turns out they get default property info from title companies and just post random people that are in default, and then provide you with a Standard letter to send out to these people and hope they want to work with you as you are on your own after that, They are not licensed and do nothing but pass on info about defaulted properties, but are in a huge hurry to get your Credit card information!!!
BEWARE!!!!!!
