I called FTM about 5 months ago with my property in distress of being lost due to an accident that cost me my job. They diligently processed my paperwork and I received a 2% 30 year loan. I was very nervous and impatient but every call to FTM they eased my mind. I really didn't believe that BAC and wells fargo my first and second would ever consider me to be of value to them. Well thanks to FTM they did. I tried with both lenders with almost a year and they lost my file and denied me. I figured I would roll the dice and had nothing to lose. Thanks FTM you are a fantastic company.
