Spirit Recumbent Stepper

I decided to purchase a refurbished NuStep Recumbent Stepper and called FEB, where I spoke with Israel Colon. To my surprise, I later learned that he is the President of the company! Israel generously took a great deal of time to explain the equipment to me and patiently answered all of my questions. He also informed me that there were other brands of recumbent steppers available—something I had no idea about.
Once again, he patiently walked me through my options and explained that he could offer me a brand-new Spirit Recumbent Stepper for just a bit more than what I was planning to pay for the refurbished NuStep. I asked if I could place a deposit on the Spirit unit to give myself some time to consider the offer and do a little research. He readily agreed.
A few days later, I called Israel back to let him know I had found a local company offering a Spirit floor model at a lower price. Without hesitation, Israel asked what the price was and then matched it—for a brand-new unit! I was floored!
My momma didn’t raise no dummy—I took the offer, and I absolutely LOVE my Spirit Recumbent Stepper!
